These terms cover your use of Legionaut. By playing, you agree to them. If you do not, please stop using the game.
You can play as a guest. Creating an account requires an email address and a password, and you are responsible for keeping that password to yourself. Tell us at support@legionaut.com if you think someone else has access to your account.
You must be at least 13 years old to play. If the law where you live sets a higher age for agreeing to terms like these, you must meet that age instead.
One person, one account. Do not share an account, sell one, or use someone else's.
Ranked matches are decided by a match simulation that runs on our servers. Do not modify the game, automate play, exploit bugs for advantage, or interfere with other players' matches. We may suspend or remove an account that does.
Choose a display name that is not offensive, does not impersonate someone else, and does not pretend to be official. We may reset a name that breaks this. Display names can be changed once every 30 days.
Coins and items in Legionaut are part of the game, not currency. They have no value outside it, cannot be exchanged for money, and cannot be transferred between accounts. We may change the price, availability or effect of anything in the shop as the game is balanced.
If your account is deleted, anything held in it is gone with it. That is what deletion means, and it cannot be undone.
We provide Legionaut as it is. We try to keep it running and working, but we do not promise it will always be available, uninterrupted, or free of bugs. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of it.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the game. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
You can stop at any time and delete your account from Settings. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, and we will tell you why unless we are prevented from doing so.
We operate from Georgia, and these terms are governed by Georgian law. Disputes go to the courts of Georgia.
That does not take away rights you have where you live. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of any mandatory consumer law of your country of residence, and you can bring proceedings in your local courts where the law entitles you to.
We may update these terms. If a change is significant we will tell you in the game before it takes effect. Continuing to play after that means you accept the updated terms.
